I purchased Symphony kitchen units, worktop, sink and Qettle tap through LBS, Barry. We saw the units and worktop in the showroom. David came out to measure up, produced a good design, and then was very understanding and patient in making multiple amendments according to our needs, and explaining why some requests have unintended consequences. The price came in below my expectations.

Everything arrived on the day we requested with the delivery guys carrying all units into the house. My kitchen fitter commented on the quality of the units with far denser chipboard than he sees from other suppliers, and solid backs to the units.

David responded promptly to all queries I raised including creating an additional view of the plan, and arranging for an additional piece of cornice to be delivered. The end result is what feels and looks a high quality kitchen at a very reasonable price. I strongly recommend them.

Jenna was amazing - she could not do enough for us! It was wonderful to have her advice, her genuine interest in our ideas, her great ideas, and her design eye with us the whole time. Her regular production of design plans meant we could really visualise the kitchen - this helped enormously.

She is such a good problem-solver and solution-finder. Mikey who installed the kitchen has very high standards, attention to detail, creative ideas and always involved us when there were options. Thank you Jenna, Mikey and team. And we love our kitchen!

We are delighted with our LBS kitchen and the service we received throughout from Haverfordwest branch. Tia took time to listen to what we wanted, took detailed measurements and produced a design that ticked all the boxes. Tia was available to check off the delivery and took time to speak with our installer. Tia promptly arranged for a couple of replacement doors that had been damaged in transit. All in all, excellent service.

Having purchased a full kitchen 5 years ago from Steve Williams at LBS kitchens & bathrooms, we recently purchased a complete bathroom and all requirements for a new build en-suite extension from LBS kitchens & bathrooms in Pembroke Dock. We purchased vanity unit sink and taps, matching wall cupboard, comfort fit toilet, shower unit and walk in shower glass panel, Fibo Boards for the walls (instead of tiles), all trims etc. in other words, everything we needed to create a lovely bathroom from 4 bare walls.

The service & support, knowledge, experience & attention to detail we received from Steve Williams the manager and planner we were dealing with was second to none. Nothing was too much trouble and dealing with him & LBS was so easy and comfortable. I have recommended his services and those of LBS to many people and friends who I know have also benefitted from this excellent service. Thank you Steve & LBS.

The whole experience of planning, designing and choosing our ‘dream’ kitchen and utility was great. We went to LBS Port Talbot branch on the recommendation of our builder. We felt Steve the designer listened to our ideas rather than push for something we didn’t want and he accepted several changes of mind (by me) with good grace.

Chris came to measure up and again listened to us rather than override our choices. We had to delay delivery due to setbacks with the house remodel which again was not an issue with the LBS team. Our son fitted the kitchen and he said (the Symphony) it was one of the best quality kitchens he’d ever worked on. If at any time during the whole process we encountered a problem it was quickly dealt with and rectified straight away. We would like to say a big thank you to the team from LBS Port Talbot.

Chris, Jenna and the team at LBS kitchens Aberystwyth were superb with us during our kitchen design and purchase. They showed excellent product knowledge and infinite patience as we considered so many options. We are very pleased with the result and grateful for their interface with the worktop supplier.

We purchased units from the the Symphony Ice White Linear range and matched them with Concrete 22mm worktops. The quality is extremely good, much better than other suppliers we looked at. LBS Kitchens & Bathrooms Barry was extremely obliging and the service was very professional from design to delivery.
